Virginia

Love this program.

Helen

I have been able to do this chair yoga and I am so grateful that I am moving my body more. It's difficult for me to do some things because I have limited mobility due to an accident 7 years ago, but I will keep going and hopefully improve!

Cbhen

What I appreciate most about the Oseterics app is the overall positivity about aging. The yoga videos are suitable for a wide variety of people and for all abilities. The focus is that people in their 50's, 60's and 70's (and beyond) can be healthy, flexible, balanced and strong. This is one of the few fitness and yoga tools that specifically targets the 50 and over group.

Fall Prevention in your hands

Start tracking your mobility parameters for free!

Walking Steadiness

Estimates the risk of falling based on balance, strength, and gait. It categorizes your steadiness to help you take preventative measures.

Walking Asymmetry

Measures the percentage of times your steps with one foot are faster or slower than the other. Lower asymmetry indicates better balance.

Double Support Time

The time during a walk when both feet are on the ground. A lower percentage often indicates better balance and confidence while walking.

Walking Speed

A vital sign of aging. Tracking your average walking speed helps identify declines in mobility and cardiovascular health early.

Step Length

The distance between your front and back foot while walking. Maintaining a consistent step length is key to preventing falls.
